Usernames available now in FaceBook

So, finally one more feature added in Facebook. Now you can select a username like it was in Twitter for Facebook. It would be like www.facebook.com/username. So, it’s going to help users to find anyone directly. Now you can directly enter a username and search for your friend. So, what are you waiting for? Go and get your desired username before someone else takes it. You can select your username by simply logging into your facebook account. A message will appear to select your username. You just need to select any of the usernames displayed by Facebook or select anyone else which suits you well. I also selected my username just now.

Facebook usernames are an attempt to make Facebook profiles and pages easily shareable. Basically, usernames affect your profile’s URL. This will make it a much easier URL to remember and share with others. It encourages sharing, friending, and increased activity on Facebook. And hence Facebook will get more people as even now its on top.
